Can I exchange or return an item?
Dear customer, if the order does not meet your request in any way, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
What are the conditions for returning goods?
It is possible to return the goods under the following conditions:
if the purchased product has no traces of use and acquired defects (exception - cases of damage during the transportation of the order!);
if the packaging of the goods does not have traces of use and acquired defects (exception - cases of damage during the transportation of the order!);
if the package of goods was not violated (that is, not a single part from the package was lost).
Dear Customer, always carefully check the goods upon receipt at the post office or in the presence of a courier, or in a store!
Make sure that:
neither the box nor the product has any signs of obvious mechanical damage, signs of use, etc.;
the product corresponds to the declared configuration;
in the presence of regulatory documents (instructions for use, technical passport of the goods, warranty card).
What is the return policy?
In case of return of the goods, the delivery is carried out by the buyer at his own expense.
In the event of a warranty case in the opposite direction after repair, the manufacturer will carry out the delivery at his own expense.
